The Verge Arlington is an adaptive reuse hotel that is inspired by the Moxy Hotel brand. The Verge Arlington aims to symbolize the edge of culture, history, and innovation. Although this project is still in development, it is looking to solve how The Verge Arlington transforms its existing structure to balance sustainability, embody the bold and playful identity of the Moxy brand, and create a hospitality experience that is both locally rooted in Arlington’s urban community and globally recognizable for innovation, connectivity, and vibrant design.
